KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court Sunday gave views to issue verdict by June 14 whether to send the accused to a jail or release them in bail in the fake Bhutanese refugee case.
Judge Prem Prasad Neupane ordered to manage the time for the debate of both sides and requested to finish the debate before noon that day.
Initially, it was discussed to give two-day time to the public prosecutor for arguments. The lawyers of Top Bahadur Rayamajhi asked for time saying that they need a whole day. After that, the time has been managed for the government lawyer, the lawyer of the complainant, the lawyer of the accused.
Neupane said to both sides, “You should finish the debate before tea time on that day. It will take some time to study after tea time.” I will issue an order by the evening of the same day.’
